CHICAGO - New sales representation in New York, along with a new line of digital registry and video condolence products have hit the market for Then & Forever Tributes, according to a press release.
Deborah Ross, serving the Northeast out of her Lockport, N.Y. office, has joined the Chicago-based company. Ms. Ross has a two decade-long history with the funeral industry. Her husband, Michael Ross, owns the Ross Funeral Home, Gaul Chapel in Lockport and was in sales, mainly for Batesville and Aurora for over 20 years.
“I am very excited to have joined Then & Forever,'' Ross said. “My husband and I love the products. I first contacted Then & Forever to purchase our own systems and then after further conversation expressed interest in joining their team. We feel these products are true assets to the funeral care industry.”
The products in Then & Forever’s new fall line represent savings to the customer as a result of competitive pricing achieved with leading hardware manufacturers, according to marketing director Tara Soderstrom.
The landmark Video Condolence Touchscreen Kiosk system, previously priced at $3,995, is now $3,49. This innovative proprietary hardware-software system allows guests at the service to record videos of condolence, reminiscence and fond wishes for client families, which the funeral director can present them on a keepsake DVD. Videos can be recorded at the establishment visitation or funeral, or from home and sent in later via the Internet to an FTP site for inclusion on the disk.
This system is also offered combined in one unit with Then & Forever’s touchscreen Digital Registry System, and is now priced at $3,995. Formerly $500 higher, the unit produces the video condolences along with high-quality memory books which include comments and wishes from friends and family who attend the service and also those the condolences sent in via your website, as well as first class pre-messaged thank you notes and addressed envelopes.
The full line of new Registry products from Then & Forever include a 20-inch touchscreen unit priced from $1,985, the popular tablet unit priced from $985 and a mid-size 16.5 inch unit from $1,485.
