DES MOINES, IOWA - Homesteaders Chairman and President, Graham Cook, recently announced the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) recognized John Paule of West Des Moines, Iowa as an NACD Fellow, the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals. “We are honored to have John serve on our Board of Directors and congratulate him on this outstanding achievement,” Cook said.
Paule was appointed to Homesteaders’ Board of Directors in 2009. In addition, he currently serves on the Board of Hospice of Central Iowa and is past president of Rotary, West Des Moines Chamber and board of education in West Des Moines.
As an NACD Fellow, Paule has demonstrated his knowledge of the leading trends and practices that define exemplary corporate governance today, and has committed to developing professional insights through a sophisticated course of ongoing study.
