WEST DES MOINES, IOWA - Homesteaders launched its all-new myHomesteaders.com business management portal for funeral homes May 13. The new design features a state-of-the-art dashboard that allows funeral home owners and users access to information in a more dynamic and easy-to-use format.
“This is the first significant upgrade to the site since its initial release in 2000,” says Dean Lambert, Homesteaders’ VP-Marketing. “The launch of our all-new Funeral Home Dashboard is a major milestone in the ongoing process to upgrade myHomesteaders and improve the ease of access and quality of information provided to customers and customer-facing personnel.”
The new site is just one part of a multi-phase upgrade to myHomesteaders.com, with future plans to include an updated version for agents too.
“We are confident it will be a significant and well-used online resource because we worked closely with our funeral home customers to develop it,” Lambert says.

• Access daily policy activity information, including new policies and claims on the dashboard.
• Set production goals and track them using easy-to-understand graphs.
