Creedy Announces September Blue Ocean Tour Workshop

RALEIGH, N.C. - Alan Creedy, chief strategist at Creedy & Company, announced the latest in his series of thought-provoking workshops (formerly known as “Busman’s Holidays”). As with the previous Creedy & Company seminars, this event will not take place at a resort location, but rather use a learning laboratory – in the form of a funeral home that has successfully mastered a key element or factor that will enable you to succeed in a dynamic future.

“Having conducted several of these workshops in the past, I have found that the best way for funeral directors to learn is to experience what they are learning, then to hear and interact with other practitioners, and then to formulate an implementation goal,” Creedy said. “It is imperative that they then practice with their colleagues before heading home – that‘s when real learning takes place.”

This two-and-a-half-day workshop is intended for those seeking a new and better approach to running a funeral home in today’s complex world. This traveling tour will take you to the Smith Funeral Home and Event Center in Maryville, Tenn., from Sept. 25-27.

The cost to attend is $1,295 for first attendee and $625 for a second attendee from the same firm. Fee includes lunch, dinner and bus transportation at the event.
