Leading Marble Urn Manufacturer Donates Urns for Forgotten Heroes

R&S Design, a leading manufacturer of marble urns and memorial products, has recently supported nationally based Missing in America Project with a donation of marble urns to honor veterans, according to a news release.

The Missing in America Project is a registered 501(c)3 Non-profit Corporation whose mission is to locate, identify and inter the unclaimed cremains of American veterans. The Missing in America Project was launched nationwide in January, 2007. Rahila Robinson President of R&S Designs stated “When we heard about the great work Missing in America Project is doing, we wanted to help provide beautiful urns to honor our forgotten heroes and their families.”

R&S Designs has donated nearly one thousand marble urns with more to be donated later this year. Fred Salanti, Executive Director of Missing in America Project said “I am speechless at the generous donation from R&S Designs; their support will allow MIAP to offer all veterans and their dependents that have been located and verified to not be interred in a fiberglass state ordered container, but rather a beautiful marble urn.” The urns donated will be distributed all over the country to local branches of MIAP.

Since 1989 R&S Designs has been a direct source manufacturer, specializing in the design and manufacturing of human and pet memorial urns, offering the highest quality products in natural marble and stone. Having unparalleled quality, new concept and distinctive designs, along with a wide range of product lines is what makes R&S Designs among the top manufacturers in the funeral industry.
