DALLAS – Nick Padlo, managing partner and CEO of Graycourt Capital, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of All Paws Go to Heaven in Dallas. “All Paws Go to Heaven is the largest pet death-care service provider in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, and we are delighted to make our initial entry into this caring profession in such bold fashion," Padlo said.
Coleen Ellis joins Graycourt Capital as an operating partner and chief marketing officer.
“Our commitment to this industry and our ability to serve pet-parents is amplified by the addition of Coleen Ellis as an operating partner and chief marketing officer,” Padlo added. Ellis, a champion of providing pets and pet-parents with the same care and grace as humans during a time of loss, founded the first stand-alone pet funeral home in the United States and is widely recognized as one of the foremost thought leaders in pet death care.
“After of careful consideration, I felt the time was right to transition back to operations from consulting; I’m really excited to work with Nick to build a large multi-market enterprise focused on ‘doing it right’ for grieving pet-parents,” Ellis said. “Innovation will be the hallmark and how we’ll differentiate ourselves in serving the needs of veterinarians and grieving pet parents, and we’re anxious to launch a number of the new initiatives we’ve developed.”
All Paws is the first of several acquisition announcements planned in the near future. Graycourt’s objective is to create a national platform with the highest quality care in the industry, growing through careful acquisition of established market-leading pet death- care businesses in major U.S. markets.
