There are Two Types of Crematories:
Those that HAVE Been Sued & Those that WILL be Sued

Cremation is big business, and you must operate your business properly to avoid litigation. But even the best operators will get hit with a lawsuit, and that’s when the tips, techniques and operational procedures presented at the Crematory Operators Certification Workshop will pay off.

With this workshop, organized by the Cremation Association of North America, Matthews International Cremation Division and Kates-Boylston Publications, you’ll be equipped with all the knowledge you need to minimize the threat of lawsuits. And when someone does sue, you won’t have to pay a large judgment. Walk away with tips and techniques to handle:

The threat of a lawsuit and legal fees
Questions about incinerator design and criteria
Cases that involve exposure to infectious disease
Environmental concerns and requirements
Operating your crematory safely
And much more!
